Who We Are

Impact Partners is led by Jennifer "Jen" Holiday, a PHR-certified HR and Talent Acquisition leader with more than 10 years of experience partnering with executive teams across manufacturing, biotech, healthcare, dental, life sciences, and high-growth organizations. Jen has built HR functions from the ground up, led multi-state and international HR initiatives, designed compensation frameworks, reduced turnover, and coached leaders through complex organizational challenges.

Rather than delivering generic HR advice, we provide practical, business-focused solutions that strengthen leadership, reduce risk, and create people strategies that support long-term growth.
