Behind Impact Partners

Impact Partners is led by Jen Holiday, a PHR-certified HR and Talent Acquisition leader with more than 10 years of experience partnering with executive teams across manufacturing, biotech, healthcare, dental, life sciences, and high-growth organizations. I've built HR functions from the ground up, led multi-state and international HR initiatives, designed compensation frameworks, reduced turnover, and coached leaders through complex organizational challenges.
